Construction Tops Out

Bourke & Bowden has now reached the important construction milestone of “topping out” and is on track to welcome tenants from August 2024. With three levels of campus-style flexible workspace and ground-floor retail, the development has a total of 16,500 NLA for commercial and retail use.
